- Is the product you want carried in stock? Every product we offer is held in stock. Sadly some suppliers only buy to order, meaning a delay for the customer.
- When you choose a tree, will it be the one that is delivered to you? We offer you the option to either rely on us to select a tree from our stock of quality Bonsai, or for you to make the selection from our online catalogue. You can be assured that the tree you choose will be the one you receive.
- Will your tree be packed securely? We use new double wall cartons to ship our trees to ensure they receive the best protection during transit.
- How will your order be delivered? We offer shipping by Royal Mail and courier services provided by UPS. All our indoor Bonsai include free shipping, and usually this will require a signature. We strongly recommend selection of our courier service where you are offered a choice at the check out.
